Wax build up can happen for a multitude of reasons causing a decrease in hearing as well as unwanted feedback in your hearing devices. At Rockwell’s Hearing Center we take great care in assuring that our wax removal process is safe and efficient. We implore a multi step process using a solution if needed to soften the wax, a lavage system to break the wax free from the ear canal and video curettes and forceps to remove the wax delicately from the patients ear.
